Chic Pea Patties
2 tins of chic peas blended to a paste
small tin of corn
small tin of coconut milk
coriander
jar
2 eggs (or Chia soaked)
garlic
Mix all ingredients. Form into patties and shallow fry.
Serve with a light sweet chilli sauce.
