Fish Cakes and Sauce

Fish Cakes
  • Minced fish
  • 1 tbl flour (besan or rice for gluten free)
  • 1 egg or chia soaked for 15 minutes if eggs not available
  • salt and pepper

Fish Cake sauce

  • 1/2 portion of sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 portion of rice wine vinegar
  • Fresh garlic crushed
  • Jar corriander
